HOW WE ARE PROTECTING YOU FROM CORONAVIRUS CONCERNS

The families we serve are always our top priority.  During confusing and concerning times such as the current COVID-19 event, we want to share our plans with you.  We want to assure you that we are all in this together.

First, we are closely monitoring and following all guidelines from the CDC, national and state funeral associations, and local and state emergency services. .

On Wednesday, June 24, 2020 Governor Cuomo shared Phase 4 details as several regions will begin Phase 4 this Friday, June 26, 2020. The changes specifically include:

  • Indoor gatherings can increase from 25% to 33%
  • Outdoor/social gatherings can increase from 25 people to 50 people.

We have set in place new measures to help protect and accommodate the elderly, sick and members of the public. We will make every effort to accommodate families in making arrangements and conducting services in any capacity needed to ensure their safety and comfort while honoring their loved one.

• Arrangements can be made remotely, either online or by teleconference.

• We are expanding our ability to webcast all funeral services.

• We encourage the use of our online guestbooks for condolence messages to the family.

• We have placed reminders throughout our funeral homes to ask that physical contact, such as shaking hands or hugging, be limited with family members.

• We continue to provide hand sanitizer stations throughout our facilities and have enhanced cleaning processes in all public areas.

As always, our family and staff are here to serve, protect and honor each family.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel to call us at (585) 244-0770 (Brighton) or (585) 872-6380 (Webster).
